  1. Bullying is not complicated.
    It is the intentional inflicting of pain. Emotional, physical, mental—intentionally inflicted.
    It’s abuse. If you’ve bullied someone, that makes you an abuser.

    I’m alnost 40 years old, and still have painful nightmares about those who bullied me. Therapy doesn’t help everything.

  2. I have Facebook friends in common with the guy who bullied me in high school. I posted something snarky about Trump. He called me fat. We are 50 years old.
